This site was created for your enjoyment and easy access for everyone interested in learning about their Irish Heritage and/or the Providence Rhode Island Chapter of the Society of The Friendly Sons of Saint Patrick, which was originally founded in 1901!

We Serve the Community At Large
Our group is one of the oldest Irish-American fraternal organizations in the United States. And we’re looking for new members: people who are interested in Irish heritage, like to enjoy themselves, and want to help others. But, that’s not all.
Irish Heritage

Many people know of our Annual Dinner (always held on the High Holy Day itself!). Our charity golf tournament is scheduled for this June
Worthy Causes

We look for other worthy causes to support. We have presented a check to Friends Forever, an organization that promotes peace in Northern Ireland.
